INVITATION FOR BID The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work: INSTALLATION OF A NEW WATER LINE AT 1650 COOPER PLACE SCOPE OF WORK - The contractor is to provide labor, equipment, and material per the SOW and Specs to perform the work per the above-referenced project. Contract time: 30 Days Bids will be received: at: purchasing@pueblocounty.us or Pueblo County Purchasing 215 W. 10th Street, Room 14 Pueblo, Colorado 81003 Until: 2:00 P.M. MT (our clock) August 18, 2026 A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will take place on August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. MT. Potential bidders will meet at 1650 Cooper PLACE, Pueblo, CO 81003. To be eligible to bid, bidder must obtain all bid documents from the Pueblo County Purchasing via e-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Those wishing to obtain bidding document(s) directly from the office of the Pueblo County Purchasing, must first call (719) 583-6097 to schedule an appointment to do so.
