INVITATION FOR BID The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the following work: IFB No. 26-10 – REVISED - SEH Buildout at Pueblo County GSC SCOPE OF WORK – SEH Pueblo Office Renovation - Job Narrative The project to remodel a 5th floor suite at the old Wells Fargo building will have an oversight of Pueblo County Project Manager and Property Manager. This will be referred to as SEH Pueblo Office Renovation. The Project will be Fully Funded by SEH once final acceptance of the bid has been vetted. Architecture and MEP Design were completed by S.E.H. The specific technical question and clarification will be addressed by SEH through normal addendums during the formal bid process. General questions about access, time, and off-hours access will be addressed by the Building Property Manager using the same addendum process.
