The following information has been updated: QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 1. Regarding the specifications, are substitutions acceptable? Please see below: Hammermill 65# Orange to Astrobrite Cosmic Orange 65# 65# Lavender to Astrobrite Outrageous Orchid Attachment F: Specifications, Section 2.2, page 41 If color is not available, contact Child Nutrition for alternate color approval. Front cover to be printed as per camera ready copy provided by Mississippi Department of Education. 2. Additionally, can you confirm the finished size cover size for books 1,2,3 11.4 x 17.5 = Finished size of 11x17. Attachment F: Specifications, pages 40 through 42 The cover size of 11.4 x 17.5 inches will result in a finished size of 11 x 17 inches after trimming. 3. In addition to our previous question, can you provide us with last year’s distribution list to try and come up with shipping? Shipping is not to be included with the vendor’s bid. Refer to updated Bid Response Form on page 3 of this Amendment Two. 4. Are the index tabs printed and inserted? The index tabs are inserted but not printed.
