IFB - Household Hazardous Waste Hauler and Handler for Collection Event

The Nevada County Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Nevada County Solid Waste, hereinafter collectively referred to as “County,” is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide hauling, handling, transportation, disposal, and related services for a County-sponsored household hazardous waste collection event. The term “Bidder” means a firm submitting a bid in response to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”). The term “Contractor” means the successful Bidder awarded a contract resulting from this IFB. This IFB is available through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com. Bidders must register with Public Purchase and access the solicitation through the platform to receive notices, addenda, and other solicitation updates. www.publicpurchase.com Bids must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase no later than the date and time listed in the Contract Award Schedule. Bids must include all items identified in Section 6, Bid Content and Format Requirements. Late bids will not be
