Providing a copy of the attendance sheet for the mandatory site visit scheduled on October 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM. 2. Answering Q&As received after the site visit 3. Confirming an additional site visit at the Public Safety Complex on October 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM (EST). No other changes to the solicitation specifications are included. Answer: Site visit scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM 2. What sites are considered Life safety per NFPA110? a. If so, is the City responsible for monthly transfer tests on site, or are you requiring the bidder to do this? Answer: We should have this priced as a separate cost so we can see if we should add it as opposed to having our in-house electrician do this. It should be Public Safety and our Fire Stations. b. If so, Are we still only doing load banking for these sites only on year three and not yearly Answer: This should be yearly. 3. For prevailing wage, what is the Classification for a Generator Tech? Answer: A generator technician on a prevailing wage project is typically classified as an Electrician (such as an Inside Wireman or Journeyman Electrician) for electrical connections and testing, or as an Operating Engineer (under equipment operators maintaining power equipment like generators), depending on the specific tasks performed and the exact wording of the local Davis-Bacon Wage Determination. 4. Would it be possible to receive the serial numbers for all the fixed Generators on the bid? Answer: Yes, we updated the list based on the most recent information (see attached).
