INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND FILED SUB-BIDDERS Fall Brook Elementary School The City of Leominster invites Pre-Qualified General Contractors and Filed Sub-Bidders to submit bids for the Fall Brook Elementary School project in Leominster, MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by Miller Dyer Spears, dated July 17, 2026, and all addenda. The Project consists of the new construction of a 2-story, 104,501 gsf elementary school building, associated sitework, and abatement and demolition of the existing school building. The Project Work has a total estimated construction cost of $85,398,438.
