Student Housing Corporation, shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “FIT” unless otherwise distinguished herein. Neither the Fashion Institute of Technology nor F.I.T. Student Housing Corporation will be responsible for receipt of any Bid which does not comply with the instructions as set forth further in this document. FIT is ONLY accepting electronic scanned bids for the subject project. You must email your bid to purchasingbids@fitnyc.edu in PDF format and it should include all the requested documents (See Attachment A – Bid Checklist). Bids must be received by August 19, 2026 on or before 12:00 P.M. All bidders will be notified of the bid results by the end of the bid due date.
