Cover Letter December 24, 2025 Dear Supplies Providers: Attached is a copy of the Entity’s Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) for general purchases including equipment for non-construction projects. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Results will not be given by phone. Results will be provided to bidder in writing after Commissioners Court award. IFBs received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting provider.
