(Local Prevailing Time) on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project for Alcorn State University, Revels Hall Roof Replacement will be held at the office of Facilities Management, 1000 ASU Drive # 299, Lorman, Mississippi on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory but strongly suggested.
