IFB 37225 Central Receiving and Emergency Operations Improvements

Description

The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking a qualified construction contractor to complete the Central Receiving and Emergency Operations Improvements at Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport. The project includes interior renovations to existing second- and third-floor office suites to accommodate a new Emergency Operations Center/conference room, lounge area, reception space, and upgrades to the existing Boardroom. Work includes selective demolition, new partitions, doors and glazing, interior finishes, and integration or modification of audiovisual, power, data, HVAC, lighting, fire protection, and related building systems.The successful contractor will be expected to coordinate the work carefully within an active airport environment while maintaining operational continuity and minimizing disruption to RIAC personnel, airport users, and scheduled Board activities
