Nature of Project The Commissioners Court of Nueces County (hereinafter called the “County”) will accept sealed competitive bids for: Asbestos Abatement & Demolition of the 1914 “Old County” Courthouse at 1111 N. Mesquite Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78401 in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents prepared by Hanson Professional Services, Inc. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is intended to identify a Bidder that demonstrates the best overall value to the County based on qualifications and the lowest and best bid. The award of this contract shall be made to the responsible Bidder who provides the lowest and best bid in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
