Francis Marion University has cancelled the following solicitation: Solicitation: IFB- 2478 Description: Furnish, Deliver, and Fully Assemble an Ultrasound Manikin Simulator System for Educational Instruction in Cardiac, Abdominal, and Pulmonary Ultrasound Imaging Issue Date: 02/17/2026 Intended Notice of Intent to Award Date: 04/01/2026 Francis Marion University posted IFB-2478 – Furnish, Deliver, and Fully Assemble an Ultrasound Manikin Simulator System for Educational Instruction in Cardiac, Abdominal, and Pulmonary Ultrasound Imaging on February 17, 2026. Following an internal review of the University’s needs, it has been determined that the specifications indicated in IFB-2478 do not fully meet the University’s requirements.
