the right to complete any services unfinished by Vendor as LCG deems appropriate. Within 30 days of such Event, LCG shall pay to Vendor the amount to which Vendor is entitled for its provision of such goods or performance of such services as were satisfactorily provided or performed up to the date of such termination, less any costs and expenses suffered or incurred by LCG as a result of the Event of Default.
