Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to supply Energy Star Compliant ice makers, storage bins, and related items.Leon County shall award the Contract to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible bidder.All equipment offered and sold new and unused and in current  production. Remanufactured or refurbished equipment are not a part of this solicitation.All equipment and services shall meet or exceed the manufactures’ s suggested recommendation for machines and all facets of equipment upgrades, repairs and new installations. This contract will enable Leon County to  purchase on “ as needed” basis from an award contract.  Respondents are requested to submit their total line of available products, services and pricing platforms.Respondents shall provide pricing based on a fixed discount from manufacture’s catalog with pricing samples identified on bid response sheet. An electronic Catalog and/or Price List must accompany the solicitation/ proposal. Include an electronic copy of the catalog from which discount is calculated. Additional pricing and/or discounts may be included. If respondent has existing cooperative contracts in place, Leon County requests equal to or better than pricing to be submitted.
