HVAC Supplies - QVL

The City of Tucson (hereinafter referred to as the "City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide HVAC SUPPLIES to support the daily operations of the City, primarily the Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) and the Environmental and General Services Department (EGSD) - Facilities and Communications Division (FCM).The City’s intent is to develop a Qualified Vendor List for HVAC SUPPLIES (hereinafter referred to as the "QVL"). The QVL will be used to source various residential and commercial/industrial supplies and parts from a myriad of manufacturers and brands to support daily operations, maintenance and repair of residential housing units managed by the Housing and Community Services Department (HCD), commercial/industrial buildings managed by the Environmental and General Services Department, and to meet other City Department supply needs. Successful QVL vendors will be an authorized source for these supplies and parts.Items to be purchased under this contract will be primarily available for pickup at the storefront by City field crews but maybe shipped/delivered FOB Destination to various Tucson Metropolitan locations. The estimated annual spend for this scope of work is $100,000.Various funding sources will be used. Any projects utilizing HUD funding shall be subject to applicable terms and conditions included as attachments to this RFP. HUD terms and conditions listed throughout cannot be modified or negotiated. By submitting a proposal, Offeror agrees to abide by all federal terms and conditions included. Offeror’s must submit all required certificates with their proposal submittal. Failure to do so may result in rejection of proposal.
