HVAC Service and Repair

Description

The intent of this RFP is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to be readily available to provide service and repair work for “A” and “B” class HVAC services at District Facilities.  Specific jobs are not outlined or described herein.  During the contract period, the successful contractor shall be available for any and all HVAC jobs required by the District.  The contractor should have a flexible organization capable of performing multiple assignments simultaneously for emergency and non-emergency calls. The contractor must be proficient in maintaining and installing a wide variety of brand-name equipment and systems. Successful contractor must have all necessary equipment available at all times. The District representative has final approval of all parts/equipment to be purchased.
