Greenville County is seeking proposals from vendors to provide HVAC Replacements on an as-needed basis, for systems located at Greenville County Facilities. The County desires to enter into a one-year Contract, with the possibility of four (4) Annual Renewals with a vendor capable of providing all services specified in this RFP and has the right to award this project to multiple vendors, if most advantageous to the County. Additionally, the County reserves the right to amend this Contract, as needed, to add HVAC-related Services, such as Preventive Maintenance, Routine/Emergency Maintenance, etc.
