NOTICE TO BIDDERS HUDSON COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE 26, JOURNAL SQUARE JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY 07306 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Hudson County Community College (“College”), Hudson County, New Jersey for HVAC Repairs and Installation on a time and material basis. Bid documents for the Projects are available Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at the offices of Jeff Roberson, Jr., Director of Contracts and Procurement, Hudson County Community College, 26 Journal Square, 14th Floor, Jersey City, NJ 07036 or email jrobersonjr@hccc,edu. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Director of Contracts and Procurement between the hours 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on official business days. Bids shall bear the name and address of the Bidder and shall be endorsed “HVAC Repairs and Installation”. Bids may be submitted to Jeff Roberson, Jr., Director of Contracts and Procurement, 26 Journal Square, 14th Floor, Jersey City, NJ 07036, up to and until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on August 4, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Please submit all written questions to Jeff Roberson Jr. at jrobersonjr@hccc.edu by August 11, 2026. Bids must be submitted on the applicable proposal forms in the manner designated. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive informality in the bidding, pursuant to the laws governing the same. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.50 et. seq., Bidders and their subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and to possess a current Certificate by said Department indicating compliance prior to the time and date that bids are received.
