HVAC Building Management system controls

Description

The Town of Dracut, Massachusetts, is seeking written quotes from qualified and experienced contractors pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B for the provision of HVAC Building Management System (BMS) controls maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, repairs, programming, and related services, and pursuant to applicable provisions of M.G.L. c. 149 for labor associated with repairs and corrective work to HVAC Building Management System controls at five (5) Town-owned buildings located within the Town of Dracut. The procurement package shall be available beginning September 9, 2026, at https://www.dracutma.gov/426/Procurement.  Vendors are responsible for checking for any addendums that may be issued. Failure to acknowledge addendum may result in rejection. There will be a mandatory site visit on September 17, 2026, at 9AM.   Meet at 62 Arlington Street, Dracut, MA 01826. Questions must be in writing and sent to Barbara O’Connor at and received by September 22, 2026, by 11AM. Quotes must be received before September 30, 2026, by 11AM
