Description

Pinellas County seeks a collaborative vendor to deliver an modern integration an data management platform solution with a modern, data-driven Human Services/Social Services Case Management system. The solution will enhance the County's ability to electronically exchange data bi-directionally with internal systems as well as our community partners, building off existing integrations and data sharing. The Vendor will deliver both a modern Human Service/Social Service Case Management System and a Human Services-Focused Integration and Low Code Platform Solution, including integrations, cross-system automation, and integrated client and provider portals.
