The City of El Mirage (“the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors with at least five (5) years of experience to provide a comprehensive and fully integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS), to include Human Resources Benefits, Onboarding, Talent Management, Employee Self-Service, Leave Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll Processing, Employee Scheduling (e.g., Overtime Rotations). The City reserves the option to award all or parts of the project to one (1) or more qualified vendors.
