The Town of Manchester is seeking a vendor with proven experience performing hoarding cleanouts and deep cleans of households impacted by squalid conditions. The successful bidder will perform interior cleanout/deep clean of select residential properties in the Town of Manchester.A maximum of 20 properties will be identified for this service before September 30, 2025. The vendor will receive guidance from the Town Human Services Department. A maximum of $2500 will be allocated to each property with the understanding that this amount may only cover a partial cleanout. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials including a dumpster, if needed, and will be responsible for removing all discarded items.
