Contractor shall provide equipment and labor necessary to load and haul horticultural debris to a legal off-site disposal at the contractor's expense. The Contractor shall be responsible for keeping the Senior Field Supervisor advised regarding the proposed schedule for performing the work.Quantities:Total annual amount removed not to exceed 2500 cubic yards. Disposal:The County reserves the right to request proof of proper disposal by examining disposal tickets from a legal offsite disposal site, or inspect the awarded contractor’s private disposal; site.
