The City of Turlock is announcing the availability of HOME-ARP funding for supportive services throughout Stanislaus County, excluding incorporated portions of the City of Modesto. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is limited to supportive services and, if applicable, nonprofit operating support and/or capacity building for nonprofit supportive service providers receiving a direct HOME-ARP supportive services award. Eligible applicants for supportive services may include nonprofit organizations or public agencies that will administer HOME-ARP supportive services as a subrecipient, or another eligible entity approved by the City.
