The City of Hollywood is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for historic preservation services. The successful consultant will conduct a city-wide historical resources survey of the City of Hollywood, which includes the preparation of a survey report conforming to Chapter 1A-46 Florida Administrative Code (FAC) to create new and update approximately four hundred (400) Florida Master Site File (FMSF) forms.The City was awarded a 2024/2025 Small Matching Grant from the State of Florida Division of Historical Resources (Division) to provide the services. The consultant awarded this contract must follow Florida Administrative Rule 1A-46 regarding survey and reporting standards.Note: This project is sponsored in part by the Department of State, Division of Historical Resources and the State of Florida. The total grant award is $50,000.00, subject to the availability and distribution of funds from the State to the City. The awarded Respondent may be compensated for additional work in addition to the grant amount.
