The City of Homestead (the “City”) is seeking qualifications from qualified consultants to conduct a historic resources survey (the “Survey”) to update the inventory of historic structures within the City. The selected consultant (“Consultant”) will be responsible for completion of a minimum of one hundred and twenty-five (125) new/updated Florida Master Site File (FMSF) forms, including photographs and maps, and a final survey report conforming to Chapter 1A-46, Florida Administrative Code (FAC).The selected consultant will possess qualifications meeting the National Park Service's Professional Qualification Standards and any additional City requirements. Deliverables will adhere to Florida Administrative Code 1A-46 requirements, including GIS data, maps, a survey report, and Florida Master Site File documentation.The Survey will be funded by the Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources (the “Division”) Small Matching Grant (grant no. 25.h.sm.200.026) and the project must adhere to the City of Homestead's grant agreement, encompassing survey specifications, submission dates, deliverable format, allowable expenses, and timely progress reports.
