Specifications and procedures are available at the office of Eddie Jean Carr, Hinds County Chancery Clerk, Second Floor, 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39201 or by registering with Electronic Auction Services Inc. at http://ra.eauctionservices.com printing of a complete bid package. Electronic Auction Services, Inc. is a service provider contracted by the buyer to facilitate the bidding process online. Bids will only be accepted in an Electronic Reverse Auction Sealed Bid Process on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at 9:00 AM CDT. and all participating Suppliers must register at http://ra.eauctionservices.com to participate. Sealed Specification Responses must be submitted in duplicate, marked on the envelope BID: HINDS COUNTY TERM BID FOOD CONTRACT #06132018, your Company Name, address and are due at the office of Eddie Jean Carr, Hinds County Chancery Clerk, Second Floor, 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39201 no later than Tuesday, June 5, 2018 before 5:00 PM CDT. Any responses with pricing or received after the time specified may be rejected. DO NOT SUBMIT BID PRICING WITH YOUR SPECIFICATIONS PACKAGE. A Prebid Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, 10:00 AM CDT, at the Hinds County Board of Supervisors, Board Room, 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS 39201 for all Suppliers to obtain additional information and responses to any questions regarding the bid specifications and the bid process. Although it is not a mandatory Prebid Conference, we suggest all Suppliers attend.
