To: Bidders Project Title: South Holly Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement Date: 6 August 2026 Owner: Holly Hills Water and Sanitation District Engineer: W2 Engineers, LLC This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the Bidding Documents as noted below. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Bid Form. Failure to do so may disqualify the Bidder. This Addendum consists of two (2) pages plus one (1) page of attachments (three (3) pages total). Changes to Bid Documents: 1. The date for substantial completion has been changed to 31 December 2026, and the date for final completion has been changed to 31 January 2027. 2. Bidders may utilize the form of their choice to provide a list of subcontractors. 3. Bidders may utilize the form of their choice to provide a list of suppliers. 4. Bidders may utilize the form of their choice to provide Bidder’s Qualifications. Please reference Instructions to Bidders Part 3. Qualifications of Bidders regarding the required information to include. 5. Section 015000 – 1.06 B.: A 6’ high chain link is not required around the construction site. The Bidder should ensure the construction site is safe and secure by complying with OSHA regulations and requirements. 6. Section 015000 – 1.11: A field office is not required for this project. 7. Section 312316.13: For clarification, the following requirements should be followed: a. Pipe bedding shall be squeegee or well-graded sand. b. Import fill (if needed) shall be CDOT Class 6 road base. c. CDOT Class 6 road base is also required immediately beneath the asphalt per Arapahoe County requirements. 8. Section 330110: Exterior joint wrap is required for all manholes and shall be ConSeal Joint Wrap CS-212 (0.065”) or approved equal. Questions: 1. Is there a stub out at MH 87 to connect to? a. 2. 3. D. There is an 8” SDR 35 PVC pipe stubbed out to the north of MH 87. The bidder can presume this connection will remain in place and the new pipe will connect to the stub out. This connection shall follow the Typical Repair Detail shown on Sheet C22. Can you confirm if import backfill will be required or if native excavated material will be suitable for backfill? a. Native excavated material will be suitable for backfill provided it is free of debris, vegetation, and/or other unsuitable materials.
