This Addendum shall supersede the original Contract Documents, and previous Addenda wherein it contradicts the same and shall take precedence over anything to the contrary therein. All other conditions remain unchanged. CONFORMANCE WITH CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, PROJECT MANUAL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS All addenda work shall be in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, Project Manual, Drawings and Specifications as they pertain to work of a similar nature. Please acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the bid form submitted. By: Chris Sullivan, Associate Verde Design Notes: 1) The replacement for the light fixture will be model # SLD2 PT 4S AF 80-90 5K7 5QW UNV BC STS 7PR NXOFM from Architectural Area Lighting or approved equal. a. Frosted Lens is selected to ensure the light source is not directly visible. b. Shielding: The Backlight controls (BC in the model number) would be a rubber eyelid style over each individual LED diode c. Control option selected has on-fixture module with on/off/dim/and daylight sensing. Occupancy control function to be paired with external motion sensor. END OF BID ADDENDUM
