This Addendum shall supersede the original Contract Documents, and previous Addenda wherein it contradicts the same and shall take precedence over anything to the contrary therein. All other conditions remain unchanged. CONFORMANCE WITH CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, PROJECT MANUAL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS All addenda work shall be in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, Project Manual, Drawings and Specifications as they pertain to work of a similar nature. END OF BID ADDENDUM 00 11 16 – NOTICE INVITING BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Dorado Hills Community Services District (“District”) invites and will receive sealed Bids up to but not later than 2:00p.m. on 29th of October, 2026 at the office of the Community Services District, located at 1021 Harvard Way, El Dorado Hills, California 95762, for the furnishing to District of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Heritage Park Renovations (the “Project”).
