Heavy-On Road and Miscellaneous Vehicles - OEM Parts and Service

Description

The City of Tucson, herein referred to as the City, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to establish an annual requirements contract for Heavy On-Road and Miscellaneous Vehicles, Original Equipment Manufacturer, (OEM) Parts and Service, per the Scope of Work. It is the City’s intent to make multiple awards. The awarded Contractor shall provide both OEM parts and repair services, per group, as listed on the Price Page.Upon contract award, the Contractor will have the opportunity to market this contract to regional public agencies. The City of Tucson’s Cooperative Purchasing program allows eligible agencies to procure goods/services from City of Tucson contracts. Agencies who sign the City’s Cooperative Purchasing Agreement are eligible to use the City’s contracts. The list of eligible agencies is continually updated as new agencies sign up for the City’s cooperative program (see Special Terms and Conditions, Cooperative Purchasing).
