Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System Maintenance Service & Job Order Contract for the Defense Human Resources Activity Enterprise Operation Center (DEOC)

Description

In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, complete and full preventative maintenance as outlined in the Technical Specifications of Part IV of these bid documents, as well as emergency repair and system modifications or alterations of HVAC systems throughout the DEOC building on a job order basis for a not to exceed funding limit of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000.00) annually. The amount of work beyond the Base Bid during the contract period cannot be well defined at the outset, but will be assigned on a Job Order basis. There is no guaranteed volume of work during the contract period beyond the Base Bid.
