The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to perform as the City’s Hearing Officer for determination of vicious, potentially dangerous, and public nuisance dogs in accordance with Pasadena Municipal Code 6.18. Meetings occur four or more times per calendar year. The City reserves the right to award more than one contract to use on an as-needed basis if necessary to handle the volume of cases and workload. If that occurs, cases will be assigned on a rotational basis depending on the availability of the highest scoring proposer and then continue to the next highest scoring proposer.
