CAROLINE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS HEALTH & PUBLIC SERVICES WINDOW REPLACEMENTS RFP# CCDPW2027-02 The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for storefront window replacements at the Health and Public Services building (HAPS) located at 403 South 7th Street, Denton, MD 21629. The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: Remove existing storefront windows and replace in kind with new Kawneer®* storefronts. Storefront framing to be painted Black Aluminum, and glazed with 1" Gray low E MD energy code compliant IGUS with 3/4" flat muntin in the air space. Storefront windows to be Kawneer® 451T 2" x 4 ½" thermally broken, center glazed, aluminum storefront system Glazing: ¼” Gray temp with SolarBan® 60 LowE on #2, ½” air with 3/4" flat muntin in the air space; 1V, 1H, ¼" clear temp Electronic copies of the RFP, drawings, plans, and bid forms may be obtained by email request to or by accessing the County website at the following link: https://www.carolinemd.org/bids.aspx. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 9/24/2026 at 8:00 am the Health and Public Services (HAPS) building located at 403 S 7th St, Denton, MD 21629, Room 111. Bidders are required to attend.
