The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for as needed professional development training services for the City of Phoenix Head Start Birth to Fie Program. IF YOU ARE ALREADY ON THE QUALIFIED VENDOR LIST UNDER RFQu-22-EDU-72, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY.The Effective Date of this Service will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department. The Commencement Date of this Service will be upon Phoenix City Council approval or the Effective Date, whichever is later.The term of this Service will be from December 2, 2026 and will terminate on April 5, 2028 with no options to extend.This solicitation is available through the City’s Procurement Portal.
