HCUD Admin and Wiscon Facilities Improvements

Description

This project consists of asphalt overlay of the entire Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) Admin and Wiscon site parking lots, in Hernando County, Florida. Several areas will be milled and paved. There will also be construction of a storm water drainage roof gutter system, enlarging an existing drainage retention area (DRA), a truck wash system, and various stormwater improvements on each site. Sidewalk repair will be required. Incidental work includes compliance with the storm water pollution prevention plan, the installation of beacons, signage, thermoplastic pavement markings, and sodding of the disturbed areas, with all proposed work per the plans and specifications. The project also entails a new central sewer collection system to be installed complete with a new pump station and appurtenances constructed to HCUD standards. Electrical upgrades will also be performed by the electrical service provider and coordination will be required. A new Fuel Island will also be constructed as part of this project. All site Improvements are as shown per plan, all construction will be to HCUD specifications, and The Hernando County Facility Design guidelines shall be followed. The contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, fuel, tools, equipment, parts, supplies, materials, and fees necessary to accomplish the work set forth in a timely and professional manor per HCUD specification.
