Hawks Park Pickleball Courts & Amenities Construction - Phase 1

Description

The City of Edgewater is seeking a licensed and insured Contractor to construct a pickleball facility within Hawks Park, adjacent to the SEV Family YMCA. Phase 1 includes four outdoor pickleball courts, lighting, and fencing, parking lot with 40 spaces, stormwater management pond including all inlets, piping and required features for the ERP Permit, Landscape and Irrigation for the Phase I area, and concrete sidewalk as shown within the Phase I area.Once both phases are complete, the Hawks Park Pickleball facility will be feature 8 total pickleball courts, a pavilion, shade structures, bleacher seating, restroom facility, lighting, fences, paved parking lot and landscaping to help facilitate our local pickleball clubs and players to host tournaments in Edgewater.
