Calaveras County Health and Human Services Agency (“County”) is seeking a qualified construction management firm (“Consultant”) to provide construction management, coordination, observation, documentation, and contract administration services for the County’s Haven on the Hill Behavioral Health Supportive Housing Project located at 556 Toyon Drive, San Andreas, California. The Project consists of the construction, remodeling, rehabilitation, accessibility improvements, site improvements, building system improvements, and related work identified in the County’s construction Contract Documents and Invitation to Bid 26-1065-04-909 which can be viewed at https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/buyer/home/home .
