Haven on the Hill Housing Project Accessibility Upgrades and Rehabilitation

Description

Calaveras County Health and Human Services Agency is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed contractors for the Haven on the Hill Housing Project , located at 556 Toyon Drive, San Andreas, California . The Project consists of renovation, rehabilitation, accessibility, and site improvements to an existing facility for use as behavioral health supportive housing. Work includes accessibility upgrades; restroom and shower improvements; an accessible kitchen and public restroom; roofing and exterior repairs; flooring and interior finishes; door and hardware improvements; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life-safety, and commercial kitchen improvements; accessible parking and paths of travel; and associated site work. Construction will be completed in two phases .
