Harbor Boulevard Rehabilitation from N/O Lincoln Avenue to North Street

Description

The work to be undertaken generally consists of rehabilitating the roadway by removing and reconstructing the asphalt concrete pavement within the existing right of way with fiber reinforced rubberized asphalt concrete pavement; crack sealing; the removal and reconstruction of ADA access ramps, driveway approaches, curb, curb and gutter, local depressions, sidewalk; installation of a new pedestrian refuge island; replacement and adjustment of utility structures and pull-boxes; replacement of traffic detection devices, striping, signage, pavement markings, and all appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the proposed improvements in accordance with the Project's Plans and Specifications.This project is covered "Project Work" as defined in the Second Amended and Restated Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) the City entered into with the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council in the Signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions. Therefore, the awarded contractor and its subcontractors of all tiers shall agree to be party to and bound by the CWA by signing a Letter of Assent (a form attached to the CWA as Attachment A). The CWA will be incorporated by reference in the Construction Contract and can be accessed at the City's website at: http://anaheim.net/229/Public-Works 10% bid bond is required. Required License Classifications: Prime contractor: General Engineering (A), Class C-10 for traffic signal subcontractors and for street light subcontractors, Class C-34 or A for water work  subcontractors, and electrical subcontractor performing APU Communication vault adjustment shall be from the City of Anaheim Master Agreement Electrical Contractors Transmission and Distribution 2021-2026 List. DIR Registration is required for prime and subcontractors.For the purposes of bid evaluations and fairness to all bidde
