Request for Qualifications with Price Proposal RFQ/P #47-019 For the provision of Hall County Jail Complete Roof Replacement Hall County, Georgia (herein “County”), a municipal entity of the State of Georgia, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, is seeking qualified Contractors to provide a complete roof replacement at the Hall County Jail (herein “Services”). Schedule of Events: Bid Post Date: Thursday, October 22, 2026 Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting: Friday, October 30, 2026, at 3:00pm Eastern Time. Attendance is required, however if you attended all of the previous pre-bid meetings for the cancelled RFQ/P’s, you would just need a representative from your company to sign in. You will not be required to go back up to the roofs or stay for the entire meeting, unless you would like to see them again. Contractors who do not attend this pre-bid meeting and sign in, will not be allowed to submit a bid. Bidder’s Questions Due Date: Thursday, November 5, 2026 Response to Bidder Questions Due: Tuesday, November 10, 2026 Bid Due Date: Thursday, November 19, 2026, by 2:00pm EST Bidding Process: Hall County is now accepting sealed bids from qualified Contractors (herein “Bidder” or “Contractor”) for the Services in the County’s Purchasing Division on the fourth (4th) floor of the Hall County Government Center, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 until 2:00pm EST on November 19, 2026. All bid packets must be sealed and be time and date stamped by the Hall County receptionist located on the 4th floor to be considered. General Qualifications: Bidders must be in the regular business of providing similar Services. Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of Georgia. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be a mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting that will start promptly at 3:00pm Eastern Time on Friday, October 30, 2026, located at the Hall County Jail, 1700 Barber Rd, Gainesville, GA 30507. Attendance is required. Contractors who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be allowed to submit a bid. Term: The contract term will be from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed until substantial completion and final inspection by the County’s project manager listed herein.
