The quotes must include all shipping, handling, delivery and installation costs. The installation should occur prior to June 6, 2025 and will be coordinated with the Assistant Chief of Logistics. If later delivery is necessary for a component, the vendor must indicate that on the bid tabulation. Additionally, the quotes should not include taxes, as Sarasota County is tax-exempt.
