I agree that all rights to the Event where I appear shall belong to the University and the University may do the following: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) Record my image, voice, music, and any other sound I make live or recorded for reproduction at a later time by audio, video, and/or photographical means. Record the Program on which I appear for educational, internal, promotional, marketing and/or archival purposes. Reproduce, by audio, video, and/or photograph, the Program in whole or in part as many times as the University wishes. Incorporate excerpts of this Program, as well as any biographical material concerning me which I may provide, into the marketing of the Program. Give away or sell copies of the recording to any person or entity. Distribute live or on-demand, via the Internet, television, podcast, and/or any digital media, the audio, text, visuals, and video obtained during the recording. Copyright the Program. Any copyright in the Program or my appearance shall belong to the University and not to me. The copyright may be assigned by the University to another entity, including for a fee. I request no payment for my appearance. Any revenues received by the University for furnishing the Program or a copy of the recording to another person or entity shall belong entirely to the University. Any revenues received by a person or entity for sale or use of the Program with the University’s consent shall belong entirely to that person or entity. Speaker’s Representations: I represent that any statements made by me during my appearance are true, to the best of my knowledge, and that neither my statements nor appearance will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party; and I represent that I have the authority to sign this Agreement.
