General work description:The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will be soliciting an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for “Guadalupe Light Rail Vehicle Wash Replacement” (Project).For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace existing LRV Wash System located at Building F of the Guadalupe Division with a hybrid drive-through and gantry wash system.The Work will be conducted within an operating rail yard and adjacent to and within existing shop facilities.
