NOTICE TO BIDDERS For: Gloucester Township Park Batting Cages, Township of Gloucester NOTICE TO BIDDERS is hereby given that sealed Bids are invited and will be received as set forth herein. OWNER: The Township of Gloucester, Camden County, New Jersey PROJECT NAME: Gloucester Township Park Batting Cages GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of new enclosed Batting Cage structure. The bid will need to address a both the (3) three lane and (4) four lane options. The Base Bid must individually include OH/P for both options: Base Bid: Entire structure is the responsibility of General Contractor (GC). Any required soil testing/ Geotech testing is responsibility of the GC. All materials and fixtures are to be provided by and installed by the GC unless noted otherwise. Exceptions:  Township to provide level site including 6” compacted crushed stone beneath the slab as noted on S-105  Township to provide all electrical scope indicated on sheets E-1.0 through E-4.0 of the bid documents including all labor and materials.  Township to provide all mechanical scope indicated on sheets H0.1 through H-1.0 through including all labor and materials.  Township to provide all lighting as indicated on E-2.0 including all labor and materials. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract Documents may be obtained only at the address of the Architect and at the hours set forth above upon payment of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of Contract Documents. No refunds will be made. BID SECURITY: Bid Security will be required in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount, but shall not exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract price.
