A hydraulic model of the GRU wastewater collection system is needed to represent current and future conditions to plan infrastructure projects. To facilitate the development and calibration of this model, flow monitoring at key locations in the collection system is needed. GRU has contracted with Hazen and Sawyer (Hazen) for the model development and calibration. GRU intends to select (through this ITB) the Firm that will provide the necessary temporary flow monitoring services to collect flow and rainfall data for incorporation into the model. GRU estimates collection of data at approximately 50 flow monitors, and 4 rain gauges for a 6-month period.
