Group Medical Administrative Services Only (ASO) & Flexible Spending Accounts

Description

The City of Lakeland, hereinafter referred to as the City, is soliciting experienced and qualified firms that demonstrate the highest level of ability to provide administration services for the following self-insured lines of coverage for the City's employees, officials, retirees, COBRA participants and their families. The City's goal is directed toward the highest professional level of service while delivering access to a quality network of providers at an affordable cost.&nbsp;Medical ASO Self-Insured&nbsp;Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)&nbsp;&nbsp;Firms interested in submitting a response to this RFP agree not to contact (lobby) any employee or agent of the City at any time during the solicitation period and the selection process other than the City's Purchasing staff or through OpenGov. Any other contact with the owner will be considered inappropriate and subject your response to rejection/disqualification.&nbsp;It is the City's intention to deal directly with all carriers via its appointed Agent of Record. The City's appointed Agent of Record is the Gehring Group, a RSC Company.<p
