Portland Public Schools Legal Notice Grounds Maintenance Request for Bid #26061 Portland Public Schools (“PPS”) is seeking bids from contractors to provide complete, professional, and safe grounds maintenance services at designated PPS properties. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the services described herein in accordance with the PPS standards. Bids should be submitted as an email attachment to bids@portlandschools.org with “[NAME OF BIDDER], Grounds Maintenance, Bid #26061 – DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 4:00 P.M. March 6th, 2026” at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Or sealed proposals may be submitted by mail or in person to Nicole Levay, Purchasing Manager, 353 Cumberland Ave, Portland, ME 04101.
