Grounds Maintenance for Pyne Road Park Complex Bid Request

BID REQUEST TROUP COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS GROUNDS MAINTENANCE FOR PYNE ROAD PARK COMPLEX The Troup County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for grounds maintenance of the Pyne Road Park Complex. Bids must be submitted to the Troup County Purchasing Department, 100 Ridley Ave., Suite 3100, LaGrange, GA, 30240, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Pyne Road Park Grounds Maintenance” no later than 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 16, 2020. Late bids will not be accepted. Responses must be submitted on the bid response form provided with the specifications. The entire area to be maintained is approximately 1,500,000 square feet and includes mowing and weed eating the following: Road frontage on Roanoke Road Horse arena Sides of roads inside the park Mega ramp area Pavilion area and fields Old pavilion/Boat ramp Camping area Campsite boat ramp Bids are to include all materials and labor to perform the services listed a total of 22 times per year by the following schedule: March – 1 round April – 2 rounds May, June July, August – 4 rounds each month September – 2 rounds October – 1 round The total contract amount will be split up into 12 payments per year. Each bidder must provide proof of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00, automobile insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. The successful bidder will be required to complete a Troup County vendor package including a e-verify affidavit. All questions regarding this request for bids must be submitted to devans@troupco.org.
