These services are being solicited to assist Grimes County with the development, adoption, and implementation of modern and resilient building codes and flood damage prevention ordinances. If awarded with funding, CDBG-MIT funds will be administered by and implemented through the Texas General Land Office fund. The submission requirements for this proposal are included in the attached RFP. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting provider.
